Common questions
I did not get the sign-in email
Look in your spam folder for a message from hello@ironwork.fit. A link works once and expires after an hour: ask for a new one from Sign In with the same address.
Move workouts from another app
Export a CSV file from Hevy or Strong, then use Profile → Import Workouts.
Export or delete data
Profile → Export Data gives you a file with everything stored in your account. Profile → Delete Account erases your account and its data at once; it can’t be recovered.
Connect with a coach
Ask your coach for an invite code, then Profile → Join a Coach. Your coach sees only what you share in Coach: workouts, body measurements and the Apple Health types you pick. End Coaching there to stop sharing.
What Ironwork reads from Apple Health
Ironwork saves your workouts to Apple Health and reads body weight, sleep, resting heart rate, heart rate variability, steps and active energy. Change what it may read or write in Settings → Apps → Health, or from Profile → Manage in Settings.
